Dear Friends,

The year 2020 has indeed been unusual, presenting new challenges and requiring innovative new solutions. We did not want this year to be a “gap year” for the valuable and much appreciated meetings and discussions with you, our friends all over the world.

Thank you very much for taking the time to virtually meet with us in connection with the IBA this year. We were happy to hear that all firms seem to be doing well despite the challenging times.

Following the tradition of the previous years, we discussed certain topics with all the firms we met with, and we now share with you the results, although statistically somewhat uncertain as usual. The topics this year were the following:

1. What are the three key growth/emphasis areas for your firm?
2. What progress, either technology or innovation related, will you take with you from this year?

Like everybody, we hope that we will soon see an end to the pandemic and look forward to meeting you all again in person.
